Hyderabad: Pegasystems Inc announced a major expansion of its University Academic Programme (UAP), onboarding three new implementation partners, ai4process, The Skill Enhancers, and Tinkr Learning, to work alongside existing partner SmartBridge Educational Services in building industry-future-ready talent across India at scale.
As agentic AI and intelligent automation reshape enterprise work, demand for Pega-skilled talent is climbing across global technology majors. Pega and its implementation partners will blend hands-on training in Pega’s latest AI technologies with the consultative and human skills that speed on-the-job readiness, leverage academic relationships to bring premium engineering colleges into the program, and deploy innovative delivery models.
Scheduled to roll out in August, the programme targets 500 students in its first year, scaling toward a full cohort of 800 to 1,000 engineering graduates across 50 university campuses.
“This is being pulled by real demand, not pushed by us; it aligns closely with the campus hiring our clients and partners are already planning for,” said Deepak Visweswaraiah, senior vice president and managing director, Pega India.
