Warangal: Permission sought by the BRS for its Silver Jubilee event, scheduled for April 27 in the Elkathurthy Police Station jurisdiction, is currently under review for approval by the Warangal Police Commissionerate, according to an official release.

The BRS had submitted an application on March 28, requesting permission for the gathering. On the same day, police officials provided a detailed format to the BRS leaders, requesting information about security arrangements, traffic management, expected attendance, regions from which attendees would arrive, the number of vehicles, parking facilities, and the area specifications of the event venue.

The BRS had filed a petition in the High Court on April 9, seeking approval for the event. Subsequently, BRS leaders submitted the required information to the Warangal Police Commissionerate on April 10, the press release from the police said.
