PG student succumbs to dengue in Warangal

Kalyani, a woman postgraduate student of Kakatiya University died, reportedly due to dengue in Upparpally village in Warangal on Wednesday.

Warangal: A woman postgraduate student died, reportedly due to dengue in Upparpally village of Chennaraopet mandal of the district on Wednesday.

According to reports, Kalyani, who was pursuing postgraduate course in Kakatiya University, was undergoing treatment for dengue in a private hospital in Hanamkonda for the last few days and on Wednesday her condition deteriorated and she succumbed.

It is learnt that her blood platelets were not improving despite efforts by the doctors.
