Hyderabad: Prof G Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education (PGRRCDE) on Monday issued a notification for the first phase of admissions into all its courses and has set December 15 as the last date for admissions. For this academic year, there is flexibility for BCom graduates who can now pursue MA (Economics) and all the graduates who studied English are eligible for MA (English), PGRRCDE said in a press release.
Osmania University has launched the distance education programmes also known as Open Distance Learning (OPL) in 1977 which assumed great significance for the benefit of those who cannot pursue education through regular mode due to employment, family constraints, financial inabilities and lack of access to higher education, etc., said PGRRCDE and advised interested candidates including homemakers, employees, those in armed forces and other professionals to complete the admission process before December 15.
