Phone number shown in ‘Vakeel Saab’; man flooded with calls approaches cops
The city-based man, Sudhakar, lodged a complaint with the Punjagutta police alleging that the producers of the movie had used his mobile phone number 'illegally' during a scene.

Hyderabad: A man, whose phone number was flashed in a scene in the Pawan Kalyan-starrer ‘Vakeel Saab’ has approached the police complaining that he was flooded with calls.
The city-based man, Sudhakar, lodged a complaint with the Punjagutta police alleging that the producers of the movie had used his mobile phone number ‘illegally’ during a scene in the film following which he was getting numerous phone calls causing mental agony.
Sudhakar said that in the movie during a scene, his phone number was mentioned below an image.
“People who watched the movie are noting down the phone number and calling me. It is resulting in a lot of mental stress and inconvenience. The callers are also abusing me in vulgar language,” he stated in the complaint.
He also alleged that the producers used his mobile phone number without seeking his permission and demanded a case be registered against them for allegedly causing inconvenience and defaming him.
The Punjagutta police have accepted the complaint from Sudhakar. “We have sought legal opinion and will decide on further course after that,” M Niranjan Reddy, SHO (Punjagutta), said.
