Photographer killed on the spot as van mows down bike in Asifabad
Jeevan (32), from Old Colony in the town, received serious head injuries and suffered profuse bleeding when he fell off the bike after van hit the two-wheeler. Death was instant for him.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: A 32-year-old photographer, Beemanadham Jeevan, was killed when a van mowed down the motorcycle which he was riding near the TGSRTC bus stand in Kagaznagar town on Monday.
Kagaznagar Sub-Inspector Deekonda Ramesh said Jeevan from Old Colony in the town, received serious head injuries and suffered profuse bleeding when he fell off the bike after van hit the two-wheeler. Death was instant for him. Some onlookers informed local police about the accident. Police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to a government hospital in Sirpur (T) mandal centre for post-mortem.
Jeevan is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son. Based on a complaint received from Sai, the brother of Jeevan, a case was registered against the driver of the van. Investigations were taken up. A search was launched to the accused person who was absconding following the mishap.
