Physical exercises are essential for staying healthy: Indrakaran

Nirmal: Forest Minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy opined that everyone must practice physical exercises to stay healthy. He inaugurated an open air gym at NTR mini stadium here on Saturday.

Indrakaran said that the stadium was being developed on many facets. He stated that two gyms were created at the stadium for the convenience of the public. He stressed the need to practice physical exercises to be fit and to keep several diseases at bay. He added the physical and mental health was the need of the hour in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic.

The Minister said that efforts were on to put the district on the track of growth and to make it a model entity in Telangana. He stated that the works relating to beautification of Dharmasagar tank and Kancharoni tanks would be executed at a rapid pace. He along with Collector Musharraf Ali Faruqui and Municipal Chairperson Gandrath Eshwar practiced cricket at the stadium for some time.
