Hyderabad: Former chairman of Telangana State Tribal Cooperative Corporation Gandhi Naik on Thursday met Director General of Police M Mahendar Reddy and lodged a complaint against BJP leader Eatala Rajender’s relative Madhusudhan Reddy for making remarks against the Madiga community.
Naik met Mahendar Reddy and submitted a complaint copy requesting that a criminal case be booked against Madhusudhan Reddy. Later, speaking to media persons, he said Madhusudhan should withdraw remarks made against the community through a conversation on WhatsApp and tender an apology.
He said if the same attitude continues, then voters would teach a fitting lesson to Rajender in the ensuing by-elections in Huzurabad Assembly constituency.
