Podu farmer commits suicide in Kothagudem
The deceased, identified as K Kannaiah (55), consumed pesticide on Tuesday night to end his life. He was said to be upset at forest officials taking away his podu land.

Kothagudem: A podu farmer allegedly committed suicide at Mamakannu village of Gundala mandal in the district on Wednesday.
The deceased, identified as K Kannaiah (55), consumed pesticide on Tuesday night to end his life. He was said to be upset at forest officials taking away his podu land.
The local police booked a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
