Hyderabad: The Chikkadpally Police are probing the alleged submission of fake Form-7 applications seeking deletion of 31 voters from the electoral rolls at Polling Station No. 210 in Musheerabad.

Earlier, a case was booked against BLA Balachander following a complaint by the Electoral Registration Officer.

Police officials are verifying the forms, signatures, and voter details and are also looking into who prepared and submitted the applications and whether others were involved.

Officials are also checking whether similar applications were filed elsewhere. Meanwhile, the disputed applications have reportedly been rejected following scrutiny.
