Police raids spa centre in Hyderabad, rescues seven women from prostitution

Hyderabad: The Medipally police along with the AHTU unit of Rachakonda police raided a spa centre at Chengicherla and caught an organizer, a customer and rescued seven women who were forced into prostitution.

On a tip off, the joint team of Medipally police and AHTU unit raided the Sugar Spa centre located at Chengicherla RTC colony and caught the organizer, Pallavi of Amberpet.

According to the police, Pallavi was organizing prostitution under the garb of massage parlour and luring customers. She charged heavily from the customers and paid small amounts to the women who were forced into prostitution.

The rescued women were shifted to a shelter home, while the organizer Pallavi and a customer were sent to jail.
