Police seize Rs 7.55 lakh from gamblers in Kamareddy

On the occasion of Deepavali, Kamareddy police conducted raids on gambling dens on Saturday

Kamareddy: Police conducted 61 raids on gambling dens in Kamareddy district on the occasion of Deepavali festival, arrested 322 gamblers and seized 7,55,656 rupees from gamblers.

Banswada police sub-division registered a huge number of gambling cases.

On the occasion of Deepavali, Kamareddy police conducted raids on gambling dens on Saturday. Police conducted 10 raids and arrested 54 gamblers and seized 1,95,610 rupees in Kamareddy sub-division.

In total, 61 raids held in the district, arrested 322 gamblers and seized totally 7,55,656 rupees from them.
