The interrogation will be conducted by Joint CP Vijay Kumar and ACP Venkatagiri, who are part of the team led by City Police Commissioner V.C.Sajjannar.

Police had erected barricades around the station and deployed local and special forces to prevent any law and order issues.

Meanwhile, tensions rose after police carried out pre-emptive arrests of several BRS leaders and Osmania University students. Some students were reportedly detained from their hostels during late-night operations. BRSV secretary Jangaiah was also taken into custody.

Security has been tightened not only at Jubilee Hills Police Station but also near Telangana Bhavan, as authorities brace for possible protests during the high-profile inquiry.
