Pothole accident claims life of 15-year-old girl in Peddapalli
A 15-year-old girl died and three members of her family were injured when their bike skidded while trying to avoid a pothole near Kasulapalli in Peddapalli mandal. The family, natives of Dharmaram mandal, was returning home after attending a marriage when the accident occurred.

Peddapalli: A girl died and three members of her family were injured when their bike skidded while trying to avoid a pothole near Kasulapalli in Peddapalli mandal on Sunday evening.
According to police, Katherla Laxman Yadav, a native of Botlavanaparthi in Dharmaram mandal, was returning home with his wife and two daughters after attending a relative’s marriage in Peddapalli. While travelling on a two-wheeler, he attempted to steer away from a pothole, lost control of the bike, and all four fell on the road.
One of his daughters, Srimukunda, 15, died on the spot. Laxman Yadav, his wife, and their other daughter sustained serious injuries, and locals shifted them to the Peddapalli hospital.
