Hyderabad: Like the saying goes, if you look for problems, you will find problems; if you look for solutions, you will find solutions. And that is exactly what well-known life coach from the city, Madhurima Reddy, has been following for more than two decades.
Having once reached a stage in her life when her future was just as hazy as it could be, Madhurima learned not just to get herself together, but also to bring a positive change for others.
“I was facing issues in my married life as sadly, my husband and I were less compatible. However, after a lot of struggle, I decided to part ways with him,” she recalls.
It was during this time that a woman from the neighbourhood, who was very close to Madhurima, died by suicide due to work and personal pressures. “The incident shook me and also opened my eyes to the adversities faced by people,” she shares.
Following these developments, she spearheaded La Winspire, an International Training Solutions company that provides life coaching lessons to over 25 corporate companies including Google, HSBC, Microsoft and many other well-known establishments across India and even in other countries.
The incident which gave a new opportunity to look at life differently also inspired her to excel in academics. Madhurima, who had once failed in her 10th, took it up as a challenge and now has nine academic degrees attached to her name which includes one in Human Behavioural Sciences from the UK as well. Along with her team at La Winspire, she presently takes online sessions on hacks of dealing with simple things in life.
The life coach took up the idea of turning her experiences into a series of eleven books which could reach a larger audience at once. Her debut book ‘The Awakening: Giving You the Power You Only Dreamt Of’ gives a glimpse of how the law of attractions works wonders.
Sharing examples from her life, she gives keys on how one can achieve dreams by staying positive and determined. It also mentions the tools and techniques that one can use in their day-to-day lives for a positive and desired change.
The book, which is currently a best seller on Amazon, has been received well across India, the UK, the US and Singapore as well.
Madhurima also plans to pen down her 25 years of experience dealing with different issues like suicidal thoughts, emotional mastery and so on while providing solutions and hacks on dealing with them.
“Be limitless, fearless, and unstoppable. The only limits in life are the ones you make in your mind,” she sums up.
