Hyderabad: Practically, the learning app for Classes VI to XII students, has launched “The learning lobby” an initiative dedicated to overall well-being of teachers, parents and students.
The initiative follows an internal study involving more than 300 teachers across nine cities found that 78 per cent of teachers believe students were facing the brunt of stress and boredom and 55 per cent of educators were finding it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance as they have faced constant fatigue. Over 70 per cent of teachers believe they need guidance to adapt better to the current scenario and expert intervention would help them overcome their current challenges, said a press release.
Through this initiative the learning app conducts webinars on its YouTube channel with a free registration, and the first session will be addressed by Dr Rati Chandna, leadership transformation coach on “The importance of work-life balance in the new normal.” The second session will be conducted by K Helen, counsellor on “Transitioning to adolescence” and the third will be by Faheem Sait, training consultant on “Smart Time Management tools for teachers.”
The sessions will have a Q&A session with the attendees and all the sessions will be archived on YouTube, said Practically, in the release.
