Visakhapatnam: The Praja Arogya Vedika has urged the State government to postpone the tenth class and Intermediate examinations in the wake of increasing incidence of COVID cases in the state.

In a letter addressed to Education minister Adimulapu Suresh here on Wednesday, Vedika president MV Ramanaiah and General secretary T. Kameswara Rao while appreciating the decision to cancel the examinations of classes 1 to 9, noted that the coronavirus spread was alarming and therefore sought postponement of the X and Intermediate exams.
