Hyderabad: The Prathima Group has thanked the government for issuing Essentiality Certificate to establish new medical college — Prathima Relief Institute of Medical Science– with an intake of 150 students at Hanamkonda in Warangal district.
In a statement, Dr Harini Boinipall, MD, the Executive Director of Prathima Group, said they have already established a 300-bed Cancer Institute exclusively to treat all types of cancer patients in Warangal, which will start operating shortly.
For two decades, the Prathima Group has been running a medical college in Karimnagar with 1,100 beds, apart from 300 beds multi-specialty hospitals at Kachiguda and Kukatpally in Hyderabad.
“Our motive is to give affordable healthcare to rural people and we are promoting nursing and other paramedical courses in these institutes. We abide by it and continue to give better and affordable healthcare to the rural people of Telangana,” Harini Boinipalli said.
