Praveen Kumar to lead Telangana in South Zone veterans tournament

K Praveen Kumar will captain the Cricket Association of Telangana team in the BVCI South Zone Veterans Tournament, to be held in Vijayawada from January 24 to 26, featuring teams from five southern states

Hyderabad: K Praveen Kumar will lead the Cricket Association of Telangana in the BVCI South Zone Veterans Tournament, scheduled to be held from January 24 to 26 in Vijayawada.

The tournament will be hosted by the Andhra Veterans Cricket Association and will feature veteran teams from Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Telangana.


The team: K Praveen Kumar (capt), S Rambabu (vice-capt), Arvind Shetty, SS Bharat Kumar, Upender Reddy, Sharat Reddy, Ram Patil, Kireeti, Abid Azheruddin, Manish Gilada (wk), Manohar Reddy, Rammurthy, Syed Nayeem and Karan Yadav. Coach-cum-manager: Y Sai Venkat Ramana.
