Hyderabad: In a significant milestone for international technology collaboration, Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul General of India in Dubai, officially launched Preckon, an AI-native construction intelligence platform developed by Canadian and Indian entrepreneurs to accelerate the digital transformation of the Middle East’s construction industry.
The launch marked Preckon’s official entry into the UAE market and was strategically facilitated by Sundeep Kumar Makthala, whose end-to-end support in stakeholder engagement, ecosystem partnerships, branding, government outreach and market-entry strategy helped establish the company’s regional expansion roadmap.
Preckon was co-founded by Sreedhar Gonepally, CEO & Co-Founder of AIGCC LLC-FZ and President of the Canada Chapter of the World Telugu IT Council (WTITC), along with Uma Mahesh Mukkara, technology entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Preckon.
Powered by artificial intelligence, Preckon is designed to automate pre-construction planning, optimise cost estimation, analyse engineering drawings and tender documents, and deliver real-time project intelligence.
Following the launch, the delegation held strategic meetings with senior officials of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and also met with the leadership of the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP).
