Hyderabad: Kareena Kapoor, who is due to deliver her second child anytime now, was visited by sister Karisma Kapoor, mom Babita, and Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan at her new residence on Wednesday.

The mom-to-be, who is no doubt one of the fittest actresses in the film industry, recently spoke about how pre-natal Yoga can help women during their pregnancy. As part of her campaign and photo shoot for Puma, the star shared some stunning snaps of her doing Yoga while being heavily pregnant.
Bebo can be acing some difficult Yoga poses with ease. “Practicing mind-body wellness, especially while you are pregnant is extremely essential. Yoga has helped me develop heightened awareness of my body and to be honest, I just feel so much better when I do Yoga,” Kareena had shared with IANS.
The actor feels working out during pregnancy has multiple benefits — It relieves stress, battles mood swings, strengthens immunity and prepares your body for delivery. “I have been doing a lot of yoga. Pre-natal yoga is helping me power through my pregnancy,” she had said.
Kareena recently shared photos of her wearing some stylish Yoga wear, and captioned them, “A little bit of Yoga, a little bit of calm.”
On the film front, the star will next be seen in Laal Singh Chadha with Aamir Khan.
