Hyderabad: The Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) Property Show began at Hitex in the city on Friday. The event witnessed participation by over 100 builders, developers and financial institutions.
Over 300 properties ranging from affordable to premium segments will be showcased at the event that is on till October 3. The event received a good response on Day one drawing several visitors aspiring to acquire properties and making enquiries at the stalls set up by builders/developers.
The event was not restricted to high rise buildings or projects located in the IT corridor, but covered a wide gamut – existing and upcoming ventures spread across different parts of the city including Kompally, Adibatla, Uppal and Bachupally.
The show was inaugurated by actor Naga Shaurya in the presence of TREDA office bearers and real estate industry representatives.
TREDA in a statement pointed out that due to the State government reforms, Hyderabad continues to flourish. “Telangana government’s industry-friendly reforms and policies acted as a driving force to the city, putting Hyderabad right at the top in the best performing markets of India,” it said.
On the prevailing sentiment towards the real estate sector, the association said that the gradual resumption of economic activity has sparked a real estate boom across Hyderabad and also the State in the recent past and this momentum is expected to continue in the near future.
