Hyderabad: Online real estate company PropTiger.com will conduct the mega offline property event ‘Right to Home’ in Hyderabad on October 9-10. To be held at the Novotel Convention Centre, the annual event by the REA India-owned company would provide homebuyers in Hyderabad a chance to be face-to-face with developers in India.
The two-day event this year will feature housing projects by real estate developers in the city, including Brigade, Prestige, Shriram, Incor, Ramky and Fortune, among others. The offline event will be followed by the digital event in November 2021.
“Traditionally, as a nation, we have always believed the festive season to be the best time for property investments. But, it is no exaggeration when we say no festive season in recent times has been as suitable for property investments as the one in 2021. Not only are the interest rates on home loans at an all-time low, you can currently get a home loan at an annual interest of 6.55 per cent, and there has also been a significant improvement in the overall economic activity, boosting employment prospects and income generation,” said Rajan Sood, business head, PropTiger.com.
The company has already seen nearly 2,300 registrations for the event and expects more than 300 walk-ins during the two-day property show.
“With the government’s PMAY programme reaching its deadline in 2022, property buyers also have a narrow window to take advantage of the credit-linked subsidy offered under the programme. The same is true for making use of the tax benefits offered under Section 80EEA of the income tax act to first-time home buyers on purchase of affordable homes,” he added.
The company has also partnered with housing finance company HDFC for the event, to provide financial assistance to prospective homebuyers, who will be taking advantage of a low interest rate regime to buy their dream homes this festive season.
“Our Right to Home event is an endeavour on our part to make this festive season even more special for Hyderabad homebuyers, who will be able to get attractive on-spot discount offers on property investments. Our teams will also handhold homebuyers to complete the purchase of their dream homes this festive season by staying connected with them from the start to the finish,” added Sood.
