Khammam: Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar has extended greetings to all the nurses on the occasion of International Nurses’ Day.
In a statement here on Wednesday, he praised the sacrifices of the nurses and described them as so patient, loving and comforting like mothers while providing medical treatment to patients.
Even as the whole world was in turmoil nurses were continuing their services, it was impossible to repay their debt for the medical services they were offering to save the lives of covid-19 patients by risking their lives, the minister noted.
Ajay Kumar said that under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao the government was taking all measures to provide better medical services across the State and to effectively tackle covid situation.
He saluted doctors and nurses who were striving to keep Telangana healthy.
