The Minister, along with Finance Minister T Harish Rao, distributed the accessories to the differently-abled in Siddipet on Wednesday, and said that they were giving Rs 3,016 Aasara Pension to over 5 lakh people in the State.

Siddipet: Minister for Welfare Koppula Eshwar said that the State government has distributed Rs 21 crore worth accessories, prosthetic implants or limbs, tools and two-wheelers and vehicles to differently-abled persons in the Telangana State.
The Minister, along with Finance Minister T Harish Rao, distributed the accessories to the differently-abled in Siddipet on Wednesday, and said that they were giving Rs 3,016 Aasara Pension to over 5 lakh people in the State.
Finance Minister Harish Rao said that they have distributed the accessories to 516 people by spending over Rs 80 lakh in the district. Asking the people to always respect physically challenged persons, Rao said that they would initiate stern action against the people if anyone found humiliating them. The Ministers also unveiled a booklet on the development of Siddipet.
