R Snehit secures bronze in UTT National Ranking Table Tennis Championships held in Haryana

The State player delivered a stellar performance before falling to Delhi’s Payas Jain in the semifinals.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad paddler S Fidel R Snehit secured a bronze medal at the UTT National Ranking Table Tennis Championships at the Tau Devi Lal Indoor Hall, Panchkula, Haryana, on Friday.

Returning from a knee injury, the State player delivered a stellar performance before falling to Delhi’s Payas Jain in the semifinals (11-4, 5-11, 7-11, 11-8, 12-10, 11-5). In the final, G Sathiyan of PSPB outplayed Payas to claim the title.
