Hyderabad: R1 RCM has announced the launch of a new office floor in Hyderabad, strengthening its long-term commitment to India and expanding its presence in one of the country’s key talent and innovation hubs.
The new office, located at NSL SEZ Arena in Uppal, Hyderabad, has been designed as a modern and scalable workplace to support the company’s multi-year growth plans in India. As part of the expansion, R1 RCM expects its Hyderabad workforce to grow in strong double digits through 2026, aligned with evolving business requirements and long-term strategic goals.
The facility will primarily support backend revenue cycle management operations, including accounts receivable follow-up and billing functions. The expansion underlines the company’s continued investment in India as a crucial component of its global delivery and innovation ecosystem.
According to the company, Hyderabad remains a strategic market because of its strong talent base, mature leadership ecosystem, and growing healthcare technology capabilities. The new office floor is also expected to strengthen collaboration among operations, technology, analytics, and innovation teams supporting healthcare providers worldwide.
