Hyderabad: The Rachakonda Cybercrime Police arrested a teenage boy from Warangal on charges of harassing a woman on social media here on Monday.
The arrested person was identified as B Pavan (19) from Jangaon district.
A few months ago, the teenage victim and the accused belonged to the same village and became friends, police said. They exchanged their mobile numbers and were in contact since then, even after returning to Hyderabad, where they are currently studying.
