Rachakonda Police seize 41 bikes, illegal liquor in Vinayak Nagar search operation

Hyderabad: The Rachakonda Police conducted a cordon and search operation at Vinayak Nagar Colony in Neredmet on Thursday night. They seized 41 bikes with invalid documents, 10 bikes with irregular number plates, and 20 liters of illegal liquor.

The operation, which was supervised by DCP Malkajgiri Padmaja Reddy, involved 140 police personnel, including the AR team, traffic police, and the dog squad. They searched around 600 houses in the area.


The DCP also emphasised the importance of installing CCTVs, addressing drug abuse, tackling cybercrime, and addressing women-related crimes within the community.
