Hyderabad: Raghu Vamsi Group has signed a strategic MoU with the University of Sheffield’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC), a leading institute in super alloys and single crystal castings.

The agreement will strengthen the Group’s manufacturing footprint in the UK and India as well as support its diversification into the aerospace and defence sector, while helping build the know-how for the Group’s planned Super Alloys facility in Telangana.

The collaboration brings together PT-PMC’s manufacturing capabilities and AMRC’s research and innovation ecosystem, with a focus on advanced manufacturing, super alloys and single crystal castings, supply-chain efficiency, workforce development and industry readiness. It builds on Raghu Vamsi Group’s established strength in the oil and gas sector and supports its expansion into high-value aerospace & defence manufacturing.

Vamsi Vikas Ganesula, Managing Director, Raghu Vamsi Group, said, “This MoU with the University of Sheffield’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) is an important step in Raghu Vamsi Group’s journey to build globally competitive manufacturing.”
