Rain disrupt flights at Hyderabad’s RGIA, IndiGo issues advisory

Hyderabad: Flight operations at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Shamshabad, faced potential disruptions on Monday evening, as unseasonal rain and thunderstorms lashed Hyderabad. Reacting to the evolving bad weather conditions in Hyderabad, IndiGo Airlines on Monday evening issued a weather advisory to travelers.

Bad weather over Hyderabad has impacted flight schedules. We are closely monitoring the weather and doing our best to get you where you need to be, safely and smoothly, IndiGo Airlines on Monday evening posted on X.


“We request that you stay updated on your flight status via our website. Please be assured that our teams are here to assist you at every step and provide full support. We look forward to clearer skies and a swift return to our regular schedule. Thank you for your patience and understanding,” the IndiGo advisory added.
