Warangal: Due to the impact of the low-pressure area over the Bay of Bengal, almost all parts of erstwhile Warangal district have been witnessing rains.
While Warangal Urban district recorded 10.9 mm rainfall on Wednesday (from July 20, 8.30 am to July 21, 8.30 am), the total cumulative rainfall from June 1, 2021 till date was 515.3 mm, which is termed as ‘large excess’.
Jangaon and Mahabubad district also recorded large excess rainfall, while Warangal Rural, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts recorded excess rainfall.
