Rains continue to lash Telangana

The cumulative rainfall from June 1 to 16 is 380 mm against the normal rainfall of 244.1 mm with a deviation of 56 per cent.

Hyderabad: Rains continue to lash different parts of Telangana State in the past 24 hours, with the average rainfall recorded at 10.2 mm against the normal of 7.9 mm.

The highest rainfall of 121.6 mm was recorded at Narva in Narayanpet district. The cumulative rainfall from June 1 to 16 is 380 mm against the normal rainfall of 244.1 mm with a deviation of 56 per cent.

In GHMC area, the rainfall in the last 24 hours ending 8.30 am on Friday was 0.3 mm with the highest rainfall of 2.2 mm recorded at Kukatpally (Medchal-Malkajgiri).
