Hyderabad: Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is hosting ‘Padharo Mhare Desh’, a Rajasthani food festival that brings the rich Marwadi culinary legacy to Hyderabad.
Headlined by guest chef Chetan Singh from Novotel Jaipur, the showcase celebrates the timeless flavours of Rajasthan, where age-old Rajputana recipes meet the city’s own tradition of royal dining, a press release said.
Chef Chetan brings with him deep-rooted expertise in traditional Rajasthani cuisine, shaped by regional techniques and age-old royal recipes. Hosted at Food Exchange and Permit To Grill, the festival features an elaborate Rajasthani dinner buffet with live Dal Baati Churma stations, along with popular dishes such as Laal Maas, Safed Maas, Gatte ki Sabzi and Ker Sangri. Guests can also enjoy Rajasthani street-style favourites including Mirchi Bada, Pyaz Kachori and Mawa Kachori, followed by traditional desserts like Ghewar and Malpua.
The event will be held from January 27 to 31, between 7 pm and 11 pm, and is priced at Rs.2999 per person.
