‘Rakt Brahmand’ not halted, makers deny rumors
Addressing the speculation, Raj & DK took to X to clarify that Rakt Brahmand, along with Gulkanda Tales and The Family Man 3, is very much on track.
Hyderabad: Recent reports claimed that Netflix’s period action drama Rakt Brahmand was paused due to financial issues. However, the makers have dismissed these rumors.
Addressing the speculation, Raj & DK took to X to clarify that Rakt Brahmand, along with Gulkanda Tales and The Family Man 3, is very much on track. They wrote, “Every now and then, something happens to shake things up. And you have a choice in how to react. For us, that choice has always been clear—to just put our heads down and continue doing what we have been doing. Work harder. Do better.”

Directed by Tumbbad filmmaker Rahi Anil Barve and produced by Raj & DK, Rakt Brahmand stars Samantha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, and Wamiqa Gabbi in lead roles. Filming began last year, and with ongoing online speculation, the creators reaffirmed that Rakt Brahmand is moving forward as planned.
