Hyderabad: In a goodwill gesture, police head constable Raziullah, who is also popular for his community welfare work, gifted a pair of clothes to students of the Government High School – Ghousenagar on Thursday.
After noticing that the students of the school were from poor families and were in need of clothes, the policeman, on receiving his salary, bought 20 pairs of clothes and distributed them among the students.
The heartwarming gesture went viral on social media platforms and won accolades from different quarters. Raziullah said that it is the holy month of Ramzan and irrespective of their social status, people should come forward and directly help the underprivileged.
The principal of the school, Shahid Ali Hasrat, thanked Raziullah for coming forward and providing clothes to the students.
