Rangareddy: ACB files case against Additional Collector for disproportionate assets

Hyderabad: The Anti Corruption Bureau officials on Tuesday registered a case against Additional Collector, (land revenue), Rangareddy district for possessing assets disproportionate to known sources of income.
The ACB conducted searches at the houses of the official M Venkata Bhoopal Reddy and his relatives and found Rs. 5,05,71,676 registered in his name and that of his relatives.
The value of the properties mentioned is as per documentation value and actual value is far higher in the open market, said the ACB officials.
