Rasamai Balkishan appears before LMD police amid abuse row with MLA
BRS leader Rasamai Balkishan appeared before LMD police following a case filed against him by Manakondur MLA Dr Kavvampalli Satyanarayana. Balkishan alleged that the MLA abused him and his family, and fabricated a fake audio clip to file the case
Karimnagar: As part of the investigation into a case registered against BRS leader and former MLA Rasamai Balkishan by Manakondur MLA Dr Kavvampalli Satyanarayana, Balkishan appeared before the LMD police on Sunday.
Meanwhile, BRS leaders lodged a complaint against the MLA, alleging that he had abused Balkishan using filthy language.
Speaking to reporters later, Balkishan said the MLA, who had verbally abused him, created a fake audio clip and filed a case against him. “The MLA himself admitted to using abusive language against me,” he said.
“Not only me, but even my family members were abused by the MLA. After his audio went viral, he fabricated a fake audio clip of me and lodged a case,” he alleged.
Balkishan stated that he had never visited a police station before nor registered any case against anyone. He said the truth would emerge once the police completed their investigation.
