Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are reportedly engaged in a private family ceremony, with their wedding scheduled for February 2026. The duo, linked since 2019, were last seen together at the India Day Parade in New York.
Hyderabad: If reports across social media are to be believed, actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda got engaged on Friday. According to a Hindustan Times report, Vijay’s team confirmed the news on Saturday. Sources suggest the couple may tie the knot in February 2026.
However, neither Vijay nor Rashmika has confirmed the big news yet. The engagement party was said to be held in a very close-knit ceremony with only their families being on the guest list.
Rumours about the actors dating each other have been circulating on social media since 2019, following their collaboration in Geetha Govindam and Dead Comrade.
Though they never confirmed their relationship publicly, the actors were often seen together on vacations. In 2024, Vijay and Rashmika announced that they were not single but refrained from revealing their partner.
In April, both actors shared their vacation pictures from a very similar location on Instagram, which intensified the rumours about their relationship. The duo was recently seen together in August during the 43rd India Day Parade in New York.
On the work front, Vijay Devarakonda was last seen in the film Kingdom alongside Satyadev and Bhagyashree Borse in lead roles. On the other hand, Rashmika’s last theatrical release was Kuberaa, also starring actor Dhanush and Nagarjuna. The actress is also gearing up for the release of her horror-comedy film Thamma. She was also recently spotted shooting for Cocktail 2 with Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor in Italy.
