Mumbai: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Monday announced the launch of the 2025-26 round of its annual survey to collect information from mutual funds on their external financial liabilities and assets as on March 31, 2026.

The results of the 2025-26 survey on ‘Foreign Liabilities and Assets of Mutual Funds’ are used in the compilation of India’s external sector statistics, the RBI said.

The central bank has also launched its annual survey on Computer Software and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS) Exports for 2025-26.

The survey collects data on various aspects of computer services exports and exports of information technology-enabled services and business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

The aggregated results of this survey are also used in the compilation of the country’s external sector statistics.
