Warangal Rural: Continuing his attack on the Narendra Modi government, Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao on Sunday said the BJP leaders were misleading the people by making false claims on the land allotment to the coach factory at Kazipet.
“The Centre asked for 150 acre of land for coach factory. Responding to this, the State government allotted 150.05 acres. But now the BJP government at the Centre says it would not set up the coach factory. We are ready for any sacrifice to achieve the coach factory,” he said.
Addressing a meeting of graduate voters at Narsampet in the district, Rao sought to know how many jobs were provided by the BJP. “The BJP leaders are questioning what we have done. But I am asking what the BJP has done. I am challenging the BJP for a debate on jobs created by them,” he added.
“Did the BJP give 3 crore jobs a year? Did it deposited Rs 15 lakh in each citizen’s account by bringing back black money stashed in foreign countries? Should we vote for the BJP which has increased petrol, diesel and essential commodity prices? Should we give a chance to the BJP that has not given jobs?”, Errabelli asked.
“The BJP sanctioned 157 medical colleges across the country recently, but why has it not given a single college to Telangana?”, he asked.
Stating that the TRS government led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was implementing several schemes for the welfare of the people, Rao urged graduate voters to vote for TRS candidate for Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda constituency Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and ensure his victory. Tribal welfare Minister Satyavathi Rathod, Mahabubabad MP Maloth Kavitha, MLC Baswaraju Saraiah, Narsampet MLA Peddi Sudarshan Reddy, Rajeshwar Reddy and others spoke at the meeting.
