Hyderabad: RED.Health, which is into extending emergency care through technology and skilled personnel, operates a multi-city fleet of 6000 plus ambulances, launched air ambulances last year equipped for both critical and non-critical care.
On June 25 this year, RED.Health successfully completed a critical air ambulance transfer from Birgunj, Nepal to Hyderabad. RED.Health’s team swiftly responded to the urgent request on June 23, coordinating a comprehensive transfer plan within hours. A B200 aircraft was pressed into service with a full ICU setup. The patient was successfully transferred and admitted to the Hyderabad hospital in stable condition by 6.30 PM on June 25.
Similarly, a recent cross-border patient transfer was organized by RED.Health. A 44-year-old woman battling advanced carcinoma of the colon was transported from Delhi’s Fortis Vasant Kunj to Lahore for further treatment, said a press release.
