Registration for JEE Main April Session open till February 25

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has invited applications for JEE Main 2026 session-2, scheduled between April 2 and 9. The agency has warned against submitting multiple applications, stating that strict action will be taken against violators.

Hyderabad: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Sunday invited applications for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 session-2, which is scheduled to be held between April 2 and 9.

Registration can be done via the website https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/ up to February 25.

Candidates who applied for the JEE Main session-1 and also wish to appear for the session-2 are required to log in with their previous application number and password. They may only choose the paper, medium of the exam, choice of cities for examination and pay the examination fee for the session-2.

Candidates, who have not applied earlier, need to apply afresh as per the schedule. Students are not allowed to fill more than one application form.

Any candidate with more than one application number will be treated as using unfair means, even if found at a later stage, and strict action will be taken against such individuals, the NTA said.

The dates of advance intimation of examination city, downloading of admit cards, and declaration of result will be displayed on the JEE Main portal at an appropriate time, the NTA added.
