Relief kits distributed to flood-hit families in Hyderabad

The distribution was carried out in the rain-affected areas of Hanuman Nagar, Bandlaguda, Nagole, Ambica Nagar, Chandrayangutta and Chaderghat

Hyderabad: In an effort to help those affected by the recent floods, the GMR Varalakshmi Foundation (GMRVF) distributed 300 flood relief kits, including dry ration, along with utensil sets and other material to the families.

The distribution was carried out in the rain-affected areas of Hanuman Nagar, Bandlaguda, Nagole, Ambica Nagar, Chandrayangutta and Chaderghat. The foundation first identified a few majorly affected localities in the city and later distributed relief kits to the families, according to a press release.
