Hyderabad: The Kethana Avenue Residents Welfare Association (RWA), Fathullaguda, inaugurated newly installed Closed-Circuit (CC) cameras in the colony, marking an important step towards strengthening public safety and security.

The CC cameras were formally inaugurated by Nagole Corporator Chintala Aruna in the presence of Nagole Circle Inspector Maqbool Jani. The programme was also attended by Sri Chintala Surender Yadav, office bearers of the Kethana Avenue RWA, colony residents, and members of the Seervi Samaj.

Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries appreciated the proactive efforts of the RWA in prioritising the safety and security of residents. They said the installation of CC cameras would help in crime prevention, monitoring anti-social activities, and improving coordination with the police department.

It was informed that the major portion of the cost for the CC cameras was borne by the residents of Kethana Avenue, with additional support provided through corporator funds, reflecting a strong example of public participation and community-driven development.

Residents expressed gratitude to Chintala Aruna and Sri Maqbool Jani for their continuous support and cooperation, and reaffirmed their commitment to work collectively for maintaining peace, security, and overall development of the colony.
