Hyderabad: Staying healthy is everyone’s priority in the present times. But the healthcare sector is complex. The existing teleconsultation services largely follow a schedule and transact model with no adequate monitoring and follow-up. There is a need for preventive and proactive care. To address this gap, Resolute has brought precision wellness and active care services all under one roof and is further building capabilities.

Resolute is a subscription product and via its active care vertical, the health-tech firm aims at offering hyper personalised virtual care subscription services by leveraging the power of artificial intelligence and tech-backed human care team.

Srinivasa Vivek, co-founder, Resolute, told Telangana Today, “Most of the platforms turn on the typical three levers for health- doctor consults, prescriptions, and diagnostics. Resolute is the first integrated service which has both wellness and care journeys. It includes optimising nutrition levels, improving sleep and recovery, personalised workouts, stress regulation, pre-emptive follow-ups, continuous health monitoring etc and it unlocks full health potential. We are data driven, evidence based and outcome oriented.”

He further added, “Our go to market approach is two pronged. We are directly reaching out to families and corporates for member enrolment. We are also entering into partnership with tech companies as they value health and wellbeing outcomes. On the consumer side, we have a construct called human 360, which incorporates medical, health, wellness and lifestyle data which is longitudinal. This data helps clinicians and practitioners to make better decisions.”

The company has a care team which includes in-house doctors, nutritionists, health coaches and therapists in addition to clinicians, data scientists, behavioural experts, and virtual care practitioners working on the platform and service delivery.

Resolute can also collect samples at home and process them in labs across all major Indian cities. Through the company’s module-Health Design, individuals and families can understand the existing gaps in their health insurance and address it through Resolute’s partner network.

Growth plans

When asked about expansion plans, Vivek said, “We are catering to all major Indian cities such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. We are adding doctor-led programmes including cholesterol optimisation, gut health, metabolic health etc which is our new digital therapeutics service line.”

Resolute is one among the few players where there is hyper personalisation for individuals. It drives personalisation using diagnostics, data science, machine intelligence, digitised protocols, and persuasive mobile technologies with human practitioners in the loop.

“We recently closed a round with a Singapore-based family office and few HNIs. We are investing into product capabilities and service expansion. We aspire to power million care journeys in the next few quarters,” he added.
