Revanth Reddy flies to Delhi along with TPCC president, Naveen Yadav

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy flew to New Delhi along with TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud and Jubilee Hills MLA elect V Naveen Yadav on Saturday.
He is expected to meet Congress Parliamentary Party chief Sonia Gandhi at her residence. He is also likely to meet Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and discuss the party’s performance in the Jubilee Hills by election, forthcoming local body elections and other party affairs.
Party sources said the Telangana Congress was planning to conduct a massive programme on December 7 as the State government would be completing two years. A formal invitation would be extended to AICC leaders in this regard, they said.
However, officials said the Chief Minister flew to New Delhi to participate in senior advocate Kapil Sibal’s book release programme.
Earlier in the day, there were speculations of a Cabinet reshuffle in Telangana. The CM’s Delhi trip has added fuel to the same as well.
Interestingly, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is also learnt to have reached New Delhi.
