Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday spoke to Chilkur Balaji temple head priest CS Rangarajan over phone and consoled him.
After Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and other leaders from different States condemned the attack on the priest, the Chief Minister called Rangarajan over phone.
The Chief Minister said such attacks on priests would not be tolerated. He directed the police department to take stringent action against the perpetrators involved in the attack on the head priest of Chilkur Balaji temple.
