RGIA police arrest passenger for allegedly misbehaving with air hostess

RGIA Outpost Police arrested a 58-year-old passenger for allegedly misbehaving with an air hostess on a flight from Dubai. Under the influence of alcohol, the suspect was remanded to judicial custody following a complaint by airline authorities.

Hyderabad: The RGIA Outpost Police have arrested a 58-year-old passenger for allegedly misbehaving with an air hostess aboard a flight from Dubai.

The incident occurred three days ago, on Sunday and came to light later.


Police said the suspect, identified as Balakrishnan Ramesh, was under the influence of alcohol and intentionally touched the air hostess in an indecent manner during the flight.

Following a complaint by the airline authorities, a case was registered and the suspect was produced before a court, which remanded him to judicial custody.
