Ram Gopal Varma, fondly known as Ramu in film circles, isn’t sparing anyone these days on social media. The filmmaker lives life on his own terms, loves to make films that excite him, likes to crib about whatever he finds unpalatable, and speaks his mind over any topic that comes to his mind, on his Twitter handle.
Perhaps, he lost himself too much in the world of social media… RGV threw a tantrum at the author who wished to send him a book. And the epic reaction from his followers will leave anyone in splits.
Bhawana Somaaya, a renowned film journalist who authored several biographies of celebrities, wished to send a book to Ramu. “Ramu pl send me your address. I want to courier you a book,” she wrote. Replying to her, Varma said, “These days I am in the east corner of hell in boiling cauldron no.24 ..U can send it with a Yama Doot ..Thanks.”
Immediately, a user commented, “Cauldron no.25 and 26 must be allotted for women then… Otherwise, you wouldn’t choose the 24th cauldron.” Many other users left a few funny memes to RGV’s reply to Bhawana for his timing.
